Pivotal Links 2024 is hosted at the Leonardo Hotel in Oxford, ensuring excellent city transport connections. The event takes place within the hotel’s premises, granting delegates the convenience of checking into their rooms and easily accessing the conference rooms and gala dinner under a single roof. After the presentations conclude on day one our networking sessions start. To make the most of your time and ensure you connect with all desired companies, we recommend pre-arranging meetings. Utilise our new app for easy scheduling, allowing you to choose companies, meeting locations, and times. Meetings can occur at company tables or in different areas of the conference room. Please check our Links Attendes page for the updated attendees list. Pivotal Scientific staff are available to assist in locating the person you have a meeting with.

For those wanting a dedicated space, event tables are available for purchase at £200 each, providing a centralized base for your meetings. These tables are booking up quickly so please contact us if you are interested. If confidentiality is key, Pivotal Scientific has reserved meeting rooms available for booking at a daily or half-day rate. Please contact us for availability and cost details. 

The event starts with a presentation by Pivotal Scientific on a relevant industry topic, followed by seven rapid-fire company presentations. These sessions offer delegates valuable insights into the latest developments in the dynamic field of biotech. Past topics have covered areas such as ‘the impact of AI on life sciences’ by Biocompare and ‘The plant-based expression system: a reliable alternative for recombinant protein production’ by Cape Biologix.
